TLC Leadership

The Love of Christ Church is an elder-led congregation. The elder board determines both the short- and long-term spiritual direction of the church and derives and administers many of its policies and procedures.

  

The chairman normally serves for one year, and then serves as vice chairman for another year to add continuity to the leadership team. Some elders have specialties, so if you have a question about a specific area of the church, you may be referred to an elder who has special knowledge about your issue. If you have any questions about TLC or can offer a solution to a problem, one of the elders would love to talk with you.
